Working closely with the Regional Head, the Key Account Manager will drive sales budgets ensuring the provision of superior service delivery. You will be responsible for developing business from within our existing customer base, along with identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The Key Account Manager will engage with customers and have the ability to not only build strong relationships but also to delve deeper in order to find out what drives them, what they’re looking for and how the organisation can partner with them to provide services and value. The Key Account Manager is responsible for raising their profile as a provider of choice, lifting sales performance and contributing to the wider business success.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base. You will be a great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach who is able to conduct negotiations as well as influence and interact both internally and externally across all levels of the organisation.
