Spinnaker is on the search for an Offshore Performance Coach for a contract position in the Middle East. You must be based in the UAE to apply as there are current visa restrictions due to Covid 19.

Within this role, you will coach and monitor crew and observe crew performance as defined by company systems, processes, procedures, policies. You will ensure international operational regulations and safety standards are upheld at all times.

You will attend offshore vessel performance visits and produce reports for senior management, summarising the significant findings. You will also develop the vessel senior management team.

To be suitable for this position you will ideally have experience as a Master Mariner with for OSVs and experience in training, assessing and developing crew.

You must have well-developed interpersonal/communication skills and be highly motivated and self-driven.
