Launched in 2016 to address the need in the industry for improved managerial skills, these programmes have received great reviews from participants and industry bodies alike. The IMarEST have recognised that our programme contributes to an individual’s professional development and our programme has been added to their register of recognised courses.
In addition, our programmes in Singapore are now eligible for funding from the MCF training grant.
The delivery of the programme spans a 5 month period and includes a pre-workshop assessment using personality profiling, a 2 day workshop and 3 follow on coaching sessions.
