Global Customer Engagement Manager – Singapore

In this role, you will develop and implement long-term strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, converting leads into sustainable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for global corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their goals achieved. Your insights will directly shape both liner services and strategies. The role also involves international travel, providing exposure to different markets and cultures. 
  
Your ability to speak Chinese will be essential for effective communication and business development.
  
Build on your existing success in the liner shipping and utilise your bi-lingual skills in spoken and written Chinese and English.
