As Global HR Director, you will oversee the entire operation including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, performance management, compensation, fostering a high-performance culture through leadership programmes and competitive pay structures. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labour laws, drive organisational development, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are looking for an accomplished HR leader with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred). Proven experience in global multi-cultural environment. HR strategy creation. You must have exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of global HR best practices, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives while driving transformation and growth.
