What You’ll Be Doing:

As their Senior Technical Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of fleet operations. Reporting to the Head of Technical, you’ll oversee the technical management of our vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading fleet performance, maintenance, and repair programmes.
• Collaborating with Technical Managers to ensure seamless operations and budget adherence.
• Driving fleet improvement initiatives and proposing training needs for the technical team.
• Supporting newbuilding projects and providing technical expertise across departments.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
