An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced shipping claims professional to join an established consultancy, with a pathway to equity partnership and law firm development.
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in dry shipping claims, including charter party disputes, bill of lading issues, shipbuilding contracts, and cargo claims.
This role requires strong business development and networking skills, focusing on client relationship management and FD&D case handling. There is potential to take on a leadership role in developing a new shipping law practice.
The package includes a healthcare allowance, pension scheme, 6 weeks of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and flexible employment options. The position offers a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office).
