With your experience in online learning, professional education, or face-to-face examinations, you will oversee the development and smooth delivery of courses and exams, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the industry.
You will lead and support a team of education specialists, tutors, examiners, and assessors, fostering innovation and maintaining the highest standards of professional learning.
  
Managing and expanding the online academy, you will drive the growth of digital learning and enhance global access to maritime education.
  
With a strong understanding of the shipping industry, you will represent the institute with credibility and confidence, engaging with international teaching centres, recognised partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen its education offering.
