Senior Associate/Partner – UK

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established Shipping team as either a UK qualified (or common law qualified) Partner or Senior Associate with partnership aspirations. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of our highly-regarded shipping practice, working alongside Senior and experienced Partners.
  
Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex maritime matters across wet and/or dry shipping
• Develop and maintain client relationships in the shipping sector
• Drive business development initiatives and practice growth
• Mentor junior team members and demonstrate leadership
• Represent the firm at industry events and within maritime networks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in maritime law with strong technical expertise
• Demonstrated ability to win and maintain client relationships
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Team leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
• Strong academic background
• Business plan required for partnership-track candidates
