Senior Manager (Investor Relations) – Oman

Are you an experienced Investor Relations professional with a strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder engagement?
 
You’ll lead investor and market engagement activities, ensuring clear, consistent communication with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of key investor reports, including quarterly reports, annual reports, and sustainability disclosures.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and investor sentiment assessments to provide strategic insights.
• Act as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ESG reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Maintain and analyze financial metrics, including stock performance, shipping-related data, and key operational indicators.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance investor engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
• Experience in investor relations within a publicly listed shipping company
• Strong financial and ESG knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinking with a keen analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance
