Country Manager – Logistics – Ivory Coast

A logistics business is being established in Ivory Coast, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to build and lead operations from the ground up.
 
If you understand what it takes to set up a full-service logistics network, develop strong commercial relationships, and drive operational efficiency, this could be for you.
 
You’ll be responsible for setting up and leading the business – securing facilities, building the team, and ensuring smooth, profitable operations. The role involves developing market presence, managing cross-border logistics, and overseeing financial performance. You’ll need to navigate local regulations, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships with customers, suppliers, and authorities.
 
This role requires extensive experience in logistics leadership within Ivory Coast or West Africa. You’ll need a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of managing complex logistics operations. Experience in large international logistics providers, freight forwarding companies, or supply chain management firms would be valuable.
 
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record of establishing and managing logistics operations in West Africa.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
• The ability to develop new business, build strong relationships, and drive market growth.
