Be the leader to oversee shipping operations in Nigeria; driving profitability, managing P&L, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
 
You’ll lead the business development strategy, manage team performance, optimise processes, and maintain financial stability while adhering to compliance requirements.
 
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for meeting KPIs, driving revenue, and ensuring operational excellence.
 
This role requires extensive leadership experience in the container/liner shipping industry, ideally with knowledge of emerging markets or sub-Saharan Africa.
 
You’ll need to be commercially savvy, with strong P&L management and a proven ability to grow business in a competitive market.
 
If you have solid experience in the shipping industry and can navigate both strategic growth and operational challenges, this role is for you.
 
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Leadership experience in the container/liner shipping industry.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, drive business development, and meet financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of port operations, equipment management, and the shipping value chain.
