Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement in the maritime or offshore sector? A global ship management company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to raise operational standards, safety, and strategic performance across its international fleet.

What You’ll Do

• Design and lead the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Enhance technical and QHSE systems across global operations—onshore and offshore.
• Implement ISO/ISM-aligned management systems and drive assurance programs.
• Drive innovation, manage risk, and improve asset reliability and service delivery.
• Deliver regular audits, performance metrics, and strategic project outcomes.
• Coach and lead a cross-functional excellence team.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in offshore, marine, or heavy industry operations.
• Proven track record leading Operational Excellence or QHSE transformation.
• Experience with ISM, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Culturally aware and experienced in international operations.
• Degree/diploma in Health & Safety, Quality, or a relevant technical field.
