About the Role
We’re recruiting a Technical Excellence Manager for a global maritime operator dedicated to innovation and performance. This leadership role will shape and enhance the technical reliability of a complex, international fleet.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive maintenance strategies and implement condition-based monitoring
• Drive technical improvements using data and risk-based approaches
• Manage KPIs, technical investigations, and dry-dock planning
• Introduce new technologies and digital tools for fleet performance
• Lead a small team and collaborate cross-functionally
• Support global operations and contribute to emergency response

About You

• Degree in engineering (marine, mechanical, or naval architecture)
• Strong background in technical management within the marine/offshore sector
• Project management experience, including dry-docking
• Knowledge of ISM, ISO, Lean/Six Sigma, and maintenance systems
• Skilled in leadership, change management, and stakeholder collaboration
