A well-established organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to oversee and drive end-to-end hiring strategies across a range of disciplines. This role is responsible for ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively, while upholding high standards in talent acquisition processes, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven leadership in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. With a strong emphasis on team management, process optimisation, and building talent pipelines.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIPD, PHR, or an equivalent certification are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
