Shipyard Facility & Maintenance Manager – Middle East

Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to lead a comprehensive maintenance strategy at a world-class shipyard facility? We seek a Shipyard Facility & Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance functions, develop proactive strategies, and increase operational effectiveness. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll manage maintenance teams, implement performance metrics, and ensure equipment availability whilst adhering to health, safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings a BSc in mechanical, electrical or process engineering with 10-12 years’ experience (including 5+ years in senior maintenance roles). You must demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise in shipyard operations, and proficiency in maintenance management systems
