General Manager – Production Division

A world class shipyard is looking for a new General Manager – Production to ensure the smooth running of their operation. You develop and lead the Production Division by directing and controlling operational functions to achieve the annual plan on time, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency in all operation and within budget constraints.
 
To be eligible for the role you must be educated to degree level and have 15 years of experience in a shipyard or similar heavy industries in the functions of planning, scheduling, project management, cost control, estimation, risk management; with a minimum of 8 years responsibilities in managerial positions.
 
It is in a remote location but there are good schools and is suitable for families.
