From operations staff and offshore technicians to salespeople, insurance brokers, IT developers, and revenue analysts, you will source, assess, and secure the talent that will help this company achieve its growth strategy.
Acting as an internal search consultant, you’ll run the A-to-Z process: briefing managers, shaping job ads, activating sourcing channels, interviewing, coordinating assessments, guiding offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Vacancies will span multiple countries and cost profiles; you’ll weigh up location strategies such as proximity to clients vs cost efficiency. Your decisions will balance speed, quality, and budget while strengthening workforce diversity.
Success calls for solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained in an international, multi-disciplinary environment where you juggled blue-collar, professional, and technical roles simultaneously.
You are proactive with talent pipelines, comfortable advising hiring managers, and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location is flexible – Athens or London. Collaborating seamlessly across time zones is essential.
