You’ll take full ownership of global sales – strategy, team, and delivery.
 
Turn leads into orders, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in marine technology.
 
Be close to the product, the customer, and the numbers. You’ll have space to shape how sales works and who’s in the team.
 
You’ll need to lead by doing. That means handling key accounts, coaching the team, building new markets, and working closely with agents and partners.
 
The product is technical. You’ll need to understand it and explain it clearly. You’ll also need to know when to push, when to listen, and how to close.
 
You’ll be part of a small leadership team. Decisions are quick. Expectations are high.
 
If you’ve led sales in a technical, marine, or defence setting and want to build something, this is for you.
 
Key experience:

  • Leading and growing a high-performing sales team
  • Selling technical products into commercial maritime or maritime defence markets
  • Working across global markets with agents, distributors, and direct accounts.
