Commercial Manager – Qatar

Job Title: Commercial Manager – LNG & Non-LNG Shipping
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead the chartering and commercial operations of an international LNG and Non-LNG shipping fleet. This senior role involves managing vessel utilization, negotiating charter party terms, evaluating market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee chartering activities and vessel performance
• Build and maintain relationships with charterers, brokers, and partners
• Lead commercial project initiatives including JVs and acquisitions
• Manage commercial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Guide a team of chartering and commercial analysis professionals

Ideal Candidate:

• 12–15 years’ experience in shipping, chartering, or trading
• Strong knowledge of LNG (and ideally LPG or tanker) shipping
• Proven leadership in commercial negotiations and market analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marine Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
