Your ability to navigate complex, high-value negotiations and provide tailored, technically informed solutions will be crucial. Travel will be a core part of the role, with frequent in-person meetings across key shipping hubs.
This is a client facing, sales and business development position where you success will be measured on your ability to drive sales.
Market analysis, competitor tracking, and commercial planning will also form part of your remit, helping position the shipyard as a preferred service partner in a highly competitive landscape.
You’ll need to combine commercial drive with cultural fluency in European business environments. Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to confidently engage clients in one or more Northern or Western European languages.
