Operations Manager – Dry Bulk Shipping
An international shipping company is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Handysize dry bulk fleet. You’ll manage 5–7 vessels, ensuring efficient voyage execution and coordination with Masters, Agents, Charterers, and Brokers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full post-fixture operations, including documentation, agent appointments, stowage, bunkers, and voyage accounting.
• Use IMOS (SHIPFIX a plus) for voyage management and reporting.
• Monitor vessel performance and manage freight, hire, demurrage, and claims.
• Collaborate with legal, insurance, and commercial teams on CP matters and disputes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in dry bulk shipping operations.
• Strong knowledge of CP terms, maritime logistics, and documentation.
• IMOS proficiency required.
• Excellent English, communication, and team skills.
