Assistant Manager, Group Commercial & Agency Management (Latin America/Africa) – Singapore
 
Our client, a leading global carrier in Singapore are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager for their Latin America/Africa region to manage shipping agencies within a global agency network whilst assisting in shipping related investment projects for key markets.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Focusing on corporate governance, performance management and commercial activites, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of 6-countries in the Latin West Coast region.
• Lead and execute agency setups whilst driving agency performance in alignment with KPI’s. 
• Communicate with Business Units and stakeholders to elevate agency performance.
• Work closely with departments on financial matters and lead transformation initiatives.
• Provide research, financial, and analytical support.
• Manage relationships and communications on corporate matters.

What we need from YOU:

• 2+ years experience in corporate management within container shipping. 
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to drive performance improvements.
