We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a global shipping company based in America. As COO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of company operations, driving business growth, and ensuring commitment to integrity, honour, and performance.

You’ll oversee key functions such as ship management, finance, and compliance, while working closely with the board and executive team to implement innovative strategies. 

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with 15+ years of senior maritime management experience within the China or Japan Regions. Mandarin language is desirable.

Armed with a Master’s degree in business or maritime management, you excel at leading teams, developing strategies, and fostering collaboration. You thrive in a global environment, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and are ready to take on the exciting challenge of driving our company forward in a rapidly evolving industry. Frequent travel will be part of this dynamic, high-impact role.
