Our client is looking for a General Manager – Crewing to join their team based in India.

The General Manager Crewing is responsible for selecting and managing competent seafarers, controlling crewing costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

They must also foster relationships with stakeholders, promote innovation, and optimize crew management processes. Key performance indicators include retention rate and budget variance.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a senior management position as well as a Chief Engineers certificate of competency.

You must have Indian working entitlement.
