Head of Sales – London
This role requires gravitas. The ability to command the room with senior, C-Level executives of large corporations across the maritime, and other closely related industries,
You’ll be comfortable in taking the challenge of ensuring that the sales processes you put in place, and the management of the distributor network and their sales teams lead to the company reaching their targets.
As the Head of Sales, you will be managing the existing distributor network, and expanding the global footprint bringing more approved distributors onboard.
Management of the company CRM will be your responsibility. This would include system evaluation, use and processes as distilling sales conversations as you will be reporting pipeline development to senior management.
It requires prior experience in managing a global distributor network and an existing network of existing senior level contacts across maritime, shipping and any other industries the company are involved in.
You will be a sales leader and will have managed, and improved teams and processes in the past.
The company is based in London. Remote working from home is available for this position with travel for internal and external meetings nationally and internationally.
You are required to be based in the U.K already with the required existing working entitlement for the U.K.
