A leading maritime services company is currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO, Board Members and Leadership Team. This is a new position within a global business.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient administration, office management and the company’s professional image. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think strategically in order to forward plan and monitor future priorities.
Tasks will include; preparing documents/presentations for review by the board and working committees, outgoing correspondence, managing outstanding actions, supporting the CEO with CRM activities, monitoring and acting on CEO e-mails, diary management and making travel arrangements.
You will also oversee the day-to-day company administrative operations, become involved in special projects, maintain records and develop and maintain a web-based filing system for management documentation.
We are seeking someone who has experience in providing senior-level executive and team support, ideally across global locations. You will need initiative, good judgement and respect confidentiality. Excellent communication skills are essential, written and verbal as well as strong numeracy. Organisations skills and attention to detail are of course must-haves.
