This is a newly created position within a growing yet established organisation who are recognised as experts in maritime safety and environmental matters.
Responsible for a small team and reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will lead people practices that will design, build and deliver strategic HR across the organisation to support its growth aspirations.
You will be providing generalist advice from a strategic and operations perspective and will establish and manage best practice HR framework including organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations and work health and safety.
Travel will be required to other global offices but more importantly, a flexible approach to working hours is needed with a globally spread management team.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have experience of working in a senior HR management role within a multinational corporation. You will need to have a strong understanding of employment law and practices within Singapore along with strong HR strategic planning and operational management experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with existing working entitlement for Singapore.
