We are seeking a Sales Representative on behalf of our well-known global carriers based in Toronto.
You will be a hunter who can secure potential and lost business with a mix of a farmer mentality, who can nurture and develop long term relationships and continue to manage an already established account portfolio.
You will ideally come from an Ocean Freight Sales background either, FCL or LCL and have experience with small-medium enterprises sales, however, other experience with freight sales such as air, road or rail will be considered.
You will need to have commercial acumen; you will be required to use data and analytics to make smart business decisions and know which companies to prioritise.
This position requires you to have an outstanding multitasking and problem-solving skills due to the faced paced sales environment you will be a part of, paired with excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales.
You will be educated to a college degree or equivalent.
