Our international shipping client are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician.

This will be to join them in their office based in Monaco.

As part of the IT Ashore Service Delivery team, the Shore IT Service Delivery Junior will report to the IT Service Desk Global Lead.

This role will be to support all employees in relation to IT support in the Monaco Office.

You will be providing physical or remote support either on site, by email or by phone.

Electronic ticket management, process monitoring, account creation / closure, equipment management will form your duties.

As this is a great learning opportunity, you could have just graduated from university in an IT discipline or have held a similar position for a year or two.

Full training will be given for this long-term opportunity.
Excellent written and oral English is essential for this international company.

All candidates must be able to live and work in Monaco.
