We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager for a maritime e-learning company who are experiencing impressive growth.
An opportunity that will allow you to work remotely or from one of the companies four European offices, you will use your skills in customer service to guide new users from initial trial to subscription as well as provide support to existing users of the platform.
It’s a diverse position where you will also be developing policies, procedures and strategies for the global customer service centres.
You’ll work closely with the product development team for the incorporation of new courses, as well as compiling reports and providing recommendation based on your insight into trends in the training and digital, e-learning market.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the maritime industry, combined with a experience in a position that has put you at the forefront of customer service initiatives.
