Join an organisation focusing on assisting with infrastructure development and support of developing nations in handling bulk, maritime cargoes.

Your purpose will be to work with clients, and the liaise with the engineer team to ensure the feasibility of modifications to equipment as requested.

You’ll have a desire to understand the technical capabilities of the companies products and have the confidence to give the client advice on what is and what is not possible.

In your position you’ll manage the after-sales process, delivering terms on maintenance agreements and providing spare parts. You may also need to source equipment from other providers if requested.

Prior knowledge of the clients products is not required as training will be given. You do not need to be a fully qualified engineer.

What is required is the drive, passion and desire to understand how the product works, combined with technical understanding and know how.

You’re likely expereince to have worked in a technical spare parts provider, or a engineering after-sales capacity.

Travel to clients in developing nations such as in East and West Africa may be required.
