Spinnaker has partnered with one of the largest shipping companies in the world, for the hire of an experienced Payroll Supervisor in their London office. This is a contract position with a minimum term of 6 months, with potential to be increased to 12 months.
Seeking a candidate with strong payroll experience as this position will hold cover the general supervision of the payroll function, processing all benefit related calculations and comprehensive reconciliation and audit of Income Tax, National Insurance, statutory payments and pension contributions.
You will be strong communicator able to deal with complex payroll matters and liaise with the payroll provider (ADP), HMRC, Pensions Provider and Pensions Regulator. As well as internal staff; MDs, Directors, Managers, Heads of Departments and Employees at all levels to provide information and advice on all aspects of the payroll and pensions.
To be successful in this position, you will have comprehensive knowledge of payroll and pensions, ideally with a strong working knowledge of ADP iHCM system software. You will have strong understanding of PSA agreements, and statutory requirements appertaining to HMRC and National Insurance Regulations.
Candidates must be within commutable distance of their London office and have full existing working entitlement.
