Our client, a leading shipping law firm, is looking for a Transactional Shipping / Corporate Lawyer to join their team in London.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years experience in marine and corporate work, such as company acquisitions and divestments, joint venture and shareholders agreement and investments.

Although a substantial proportion of the work will be in energy and marine sectors, experience of other industries would also be an advantage. This has been one of the fastest growing areas in the firm and currently equates to approximately 50% of their practice.
