A large group is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a new role due to reorganisation. Reporting to Head of HR Shared Services this will be a key role during a time of growth who would have a Recruitment Officer as a direct report.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing recruitment activities, including developing policies and procedures for sourcing, selecting and hiring the best talent from multi discipline organisations and skill sets, in line with the manpower plan and attrition to meet companies’ requirements. Oversees the Recruitment team performance and guide the team to ensure that organisation and Joint Venture Companies’ staffing requirements are satisfied in a timely manner, with competent workforce, and in a most cost-effective approach.
Applicants are welcomed form those who hold a degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position with international recruitment experience.
