Are you a Customer Support Manager in Maritime?
This is a position that will see you become a member of the senior management team in the Portsmouth based office with big plans for future expansion.
Leading a team of seven, three in the U.K and four in The Netherlands you and your team will deliver first class customer service and after-sales support from big commercial shipping companies to small individual owners.
Joining a maritime safety solutions provider, you’ll work with sales and marketing to increase revenue making sure service managers have everything they need.
You’ll get the opportunity to meet with clients with the opportunity to travel to trade shows, ensuring you on the ground understanding all wants and needs.
To lead the team and be part of the senior management, you’ll have managed people before and be able to treat people as individuals while balancing the needs of the business.
Understanding customers is key and that is why maritime and shipping knowledge is essential.
On-site attendance and key holding responsibilities will perform part of your duties being on the senior management team, so being in Portsmouth, or commuting distance is a must.
