We have partnered with an international ship management company for an expansion role in their Monaco office.
Seeking a motivated, driven professional to work closely with the existing HR team, to develop and implement a successful benefits program and create a rewards program that attracts and retains employment levels for the Group.
To be successful in the position, you will have several years’ focused experience in the compensation and benefits area; able to review programs and processes, make changes where necessary and monitor renewal dates and legislative changes.
Exposure / understanding of salary scales and job levels would be advantageous.
You will need a methodical yet flexible working style. You will be personable and influential, able to fit well with the existing team and adopt their existing initiative to build a strong HR department that is embedded within the business.
International candidates can be considered, as relocation can be supported.
