My client, a shipping company in Singapore, is seeking a Lawyer to join the team.

The role involves having full responsibility to manage claims from beginning to end, that arise from their fleet of bulker vessels. The majority of the claims are dry shipping such as charterparty and bills of lading disputes, but this is a generalist legal role that will involve some transactional work in regard to shipbuilding contracts and drafting legal documents.
