I am working with a well-established shipping company in London, who are looking for an administrator to join the legal team in London.

This is a permanent opportunity based in the office in central London. Hours can be flexible from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Administration duties include completing forms, document review, filing, archiving files, document production, arranging execution and completion of documents, proof reading, general filing, photocopying and providing a general administration service to the team.

They are looking for an experienced administrator with good attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office and good oral and written communication skills.
