Opportunity to be part of a huge, globalised shipping and maritime company as a Policy and Organisational Development Specialist.

Utilise your specialist experience in HR to complete organisational development initiatives, monitor structural change, and develop HR policies and procedures. As a key contact for the Head of Rewards and Organisational Development, you will ensure the successful implementation of leading practices and the success of the company’s strategic goals.
As a core company member, you will interact and work closely with both internal and external contacts to successfully deliver on policies, procedures, and manpower management.
