Payroll Manager


Are you an experienced Payroll specialist?

Our client, based in Mumbai, are seeking a high-energy, efficient and versatile HR & Payroll Manager to join their office in Mumbai, India.

Reporting directly to the Global HR Director and Finance/Accounts Heads, you will manage the monthly payroll process from start to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Completing monthly payroll; including submitting payroll funding requirements to Treasury, preparing required payroll reports for G&A Accountants and onboarding new employees/processing terminations on the payroll system.
– Act as local statutory officer for payroll and labor laws.
– Developing and maintaining best practice such as supporting benefits administration, HRIS, performance management, talent development and employee relations.

You will need 3 or more years experience managing Payroll and experience with ADP payroll is preferred.

This is a full-time office based position in Mumbai, India.
