
Customer Transaction Specialist – Hong Kong

We are working with a reputable global reach marine insurance company.
Due to company expansion, we are looking for two Customer Support Specialists to join the Hong Kong office.
You will be highly motivated, organized and service minded and ideally have previous customer service or administration experience. The team delivers fast, high quality service for both members and clients.
You will be tasked with the onboarding of customers, entering and maintaining client and broker information, policy and premium data. Production and distribution of insurance and invoice documentation and other responsibilities involved in supporting the underwriters.
Please note that you do not need to speak Mandarin for this role although it would be beneficial. Strong written and spoken English language needed.
