A leading shipping company that specialises in the transportation of commodities and petroleum products, is looking for a corporate lawyer to join them in their London office.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor up to 3PQE, with experience working within a corporate team, working on corporate transactions. Previous secondment in-house would be beneficial but is not essential.

In this role, you will gain exposure to Corporate, Commercial Contracts, M&A and SEC compliance matters for this New York Stock Exchange listed company.
