This Head of Agency role will see you responsible as Cluster Head in Southeast Asia.

Having control over Vietnam and Cambodia, you’ll be driving growth and profitability by expanding business in these key territories, where you’ll make changes to ensure all operational and commercial processes are as efficient as possible.

With your experience of liner agency management, you’ll use your expertise to work with the management team, and operational staff of each location to create and put the growth plan into action.

You’re a leader, someone who can coach, mentor and develop their staff.

Essential for this position is having experience working in a liner agency, in a management position.

Having experience of working in a liner agency in Vietnam, Cambodia or another Southeast Asia location would see you at a distinct advantage.

This is a position based in Vietnam, requiring you to live and work in Ho Chi Minh.
