
Customer Transaction Specialist – Hong Kong

We are working with a reputable global reach marine insurance company.
Due to company expansion, we are looking for Customer Transaction Specialists to join the Hong Kong office.
You will be highly motivated, organised and service minded and ideally have previous customer service or administration experience. The team delivers fast, high quality service for both members and clients.
You will be tasked with the onboarding of customers, entering, and maintaining client and broker information, policy, and premium data. Production and distribution of insurance and invoice documentation and other responsibilities involved in supporting the underwriters.
Good verbal Mandarin is beneficial but not essential for this role. Strong written and spoken English language needed.
