We are working with a reputable global reach marine insurance company.

Due to company expansion, we are looking for a Claims Support Specialist to join the Hong Kong office.

You will be highly motivated, organised with strong attention to detail and ideally have previous insurance experience. The team delivers fast, high quality service for both members and clients.

You will be tasked with responding to customer queries, claims data registration, claims payments/ transactions and processing and handling of high efficiency claims. There will also be some compliance and additional administration tasks.

Good verbal Mandarin is beneficial but not essential for this role. Strong written and spoken English language needed.
