We are currently partnered with a growing dry bulk business, and they are looking to hire a Chartering Support Manager to join their team in Hamburg, Germany.

Job Specification:
– Producing freight recalculations for Cape/Panamax vessels for all trades;
– Producing provisional freight recalculations for various options for customers, handling high workload;
– Reviewing and interpreting contracts and Charter Party clauses;
– Handling disputes/negotiations on a proper and professional manner taking into consideration good relationship with certain Charterers/Clients while trying to achieve the best possible outcome;
– Communicating and working with brokers/clients/agents and focusing on creating value;

Candidate Requirements:
– Exposure to chartering support work within the dry bulk business
– Experience dealing with freight calculations
– Located in Hamburg or the ability to relocate to Hamburg
