My client, a city law firm is looking to recruit a non-contentious solicitor to in London. The role offers a good variety of work in shipping, corporate and renewable energy markets including:

• Corporate acquisitions and divestments
• Joint venture and shareholders agreements
• Cross border asset and project finance
• Syndicated and bilateral debt facilities
• Inter-creditor arrangements and structured financings
• Project and lease financing of LNG carriers / FPSOs
• Sale and lease back transactions
• Ship sale and purchase transactions
• Cross border debt restructurings

Experience in all of these markets is not required; only the willingness to learn and develop your knowledge. The firm has developed their practice in energy, shipping, commodities and green energy/renewables markets, so the majority of the work will have a marine connection acting for owners, banks and investment funds.
