A globally distinguished firm is looking for a Legal Counsel – Corporate and International Tax to join their headquarters in Dubai.

You will be responsible for working with external tax accountants and lawyers to develop tax mitigation and management strategies. Streamlining procedures and establish and structure new joint ventures to identify potential mergers. Determine tax saving options and be able to interpret tax legislation in a variety of locations and provide advice for the group.

The role requires a candidate who is extremely organised and self-disciplined. They will also have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
The candidate must possess:
• Master in Tax Law or a joint degree in law and accounting with a specialization in taxation
• Competent IT user capable of working across multiple IT platforms.
• USA tax law experience

Preferably the candidate will have:
• Experience in international tax treaties and tax-friendly jurisdictions
