A growing Ship Owner is looking for a Crewing Manager to be based in their offices in the Athens to man their tanker fleet.

You will be responsible for recruitment, training and retention of staff and ensuring that the fleet is manned with experienced officers and crew. You will work with the companies agencies to ensure that vessels are maned fully with a large focus on the training and development of crew.

It is important that you can prepare budgets, manage routine administration and have sufficient knowledge within the Industry to make sure personnel conditions and remunerations levels are competitive. Other duties will include; reviewing company policy, disciplinary procedures, appraisals, complaints and that welfare standards are adhered to.

Experience in a similar level role is desired and this is great opportunity to join a company with excellent plans for growth.

EU working entitlement is required and being fluent in Greek is highly desirable.
